On November 23rd, Italian chocolate company Perugina, known for its Baci chocolates, will brings an exclusive hands-on class to Eataly in New York City. The class, entitled Spotlight on Artisanal Products: Baci and Perugina Chocolates, will be taught by expert Francine Segan who was trained at Perugina's legendary chocolate school, La Scuola del Cioccolato.
Guests will make their very own Baci chocolates, enjoy a specially created Baci inspired dessert paired with sparkling wine and learn how to bring Perugina chocolate to the next level with unique dessert recipes. For chocolate lovers in North America who can't make it to Italy to take classes at the school's headquarters, this is a singular opportunity to learn from industry leaders. The class fee is $75.
