On November 6th at 7pm, food historian Susan McLellan Plaisted will present a seminar entitled "Chocolate: The Pennsylvania Connection" at the Lower Providence Community Library in Philadelphia. The evening will cover the history and method of cultivation of cocoa, and will culminate with a little bit of (yay!) tasting and working with chocolate.
